ABOUT

GEG was engaged by the MoJ to perform Value Engineering design review of the design for two model Courts of Appeal to be built in 6 different sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The design has been carried out by the design consultant ACC – Advanced Construction Centre.

The design review reports, based on the principles of Value Engineering, address general aspects of the design suggesting alternatives in order to improve functionality and cost effectiveness.

Building description:

  • Building Type-1 (3.000 m² Court) – The building comprises two basements, a ground floor and six elevated floors. Building locations: El Gouf and Araar;
  • Building Type-2 (5.000 m² Court) – The building comprises two basements, a ground floor and six elevated floors. Building locations: Tabouk, Jazan Qassim and El Madinah.
