GEG implements a complete range of fully certified and integrated quality, safety and environmental management systems. These procedures are internalised in our organisation and imply an involvement of the whole team and an integrated management of all processes that take place in the organisation.

GEG also promotes the evaluation of its external suppliers and partners, in order to guarantee a competitive price and the required quality of the products and services acquired according to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 standards and IDO45001: “The organization shall establish and apply criteria for the evaluation, selection, monitoring of performance and re-evaluation of external suppliers based on their ability to provide processes or products and services in accordance with requirements. “ The process takes place annually and the factors evaluated are the service; price; delivery time and product quality, including aspects related to environment and safety.
GEG is currently certified in the following systems:
Since 2003, GEG has been certified in the Quality Management System, and since then it has increased its range of certification to other references.
Between 2012 and 2016, GEG was certified in the Management System of Research, Development and Innovation implemented in the Design and Development of Civil Engineering Projects, according to the Portuguese standard NP 4457:2007. During this period, GEG developed the necessary tools which support the R&D development in the company.
In 2016, GEG transitioned its Quality and Environmental Management System to ensure its compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 and in 2019 we proceed to the migration to ISO45001:2018.
In 2021, already in the pandemic, GEG embrace with success a new challenge of the certification in health and safety at work during the covid19 pandemic.
The scope of current GEG certification is the design and development of Engineering and geology design and studies, Project Coordination and Management, in accordance with NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018 standards.
