The mechanical, electrical and plumbing design plays a fundamental role in the sustainability and efficiency of a building.
In these disciplines, the facilities and equipment for each expertise are studied and defined, prioritizing the use of flexible and innovative technologies that promote the minimization of energy and water consumption, such as the use of renewable energy equipment and systems, passive heating and cooling strategies, wastewater recycling and combined systems for heating and energy-saving water, among other solutions.
The integration of these solutions has multiple advantages which must be fulfilled by all stakeholders in the project – architecture and all engineering disciplines – in order to make the building sustainable and integrated. Our focus consists on finding the most technically and economically valuable solution for our client.
The multidisciplinarity of GEG’s building engineering team combine forces in order to develop their projects in an integrated way, combining all these disciplines with the architecture and structural design for the development of buildings of excellence.
